All our services are provided on an income based sliding scale. The exact fee you may be charged is determined on an individual basis and is agreed upon during the first phone call for services.
Current fees
Effective 1 October 2026, the Centre is implementing a revised and expanded sliding scale fee structure.

Transition
- Clients who are currently on the waitlist or are referred before 1 October 2026 will receive their first 30 sessions at the rate determined under the original sliding scale.
- Clients who are actively receiving services will have their current fee honoured until the completion of their current 30-session cycle. Upon completion of the 30-session cycle, the revised fee schedule will apply.
- Requests for a fee renegotiation will continue to be considered on an individual basis and reviewed at the end of each 30-session cycle.
The Centre recognizes that situations can arise and everyone has their own unique circumstances. Fees can be re-negotiated at any time by having a conversation with your assigned counselling intern. All fee re-negotiations are subject to approval by the Centre Director.
